Sales Operations Manager

Location:  Minnesota

Compensation: $50,000-$60,000 commensurate with experience

Do you love sales but don’t think of yourself as a “salesperson”? Are you both strategic and tactical? “Big picture” and meticulous? Relentless in follow-up and execution? If you have a sales background and would love to enter the dynamic world of real estate, then you might be our first-ever Sales Operations Manager at Kris Lindahl Real Estate. We’re looking for someone who’s tech-savvy but also a strong personal communicator—a quick-learner and problem-solver who’s experienced in database management, self-directed and motivated to drive quality results, and has strong time management skills.

Our marketing machine generates so many qualified leads that we need a professional who can nurture them from beginning to end. The Sales Operations Manager is a full-time, in-office position requiring some remote weekend and evening work. You’ll be responsible for managing the lifecycle of leads and serving as a liaison between those opportunities and the agents who can close them. You’ll help agents identify leads in our database that they can follow up with, as well as develop systems and processes to aid in this process. In addition to developing the most effective overall lead-management approach, you’ll implement and manage a simple, effective and user-friendly way for our growing team to use it.

Qualifications and Requirements

  • 3 years of real estate, management, sales, operations and/or marketing experience strongly preferred
  • Follow Up Boss CRM and its relationship to the MLS system, Real Estate Webmasters website, Slack and other tools (training provided).
  • Create lead flows/funnels that make sense—both to the agent/ISA receiving the lead to initial appointment, and from the consumer’s perspective on follow up.
  • Understand different lead sources and empathy for conversion.
  • Identify problems in current processes and collaborate with managers on solutions.
  • Manage the lead qualification, tracking and dissemination process.
  • Help with creating and maintaining on-demand training and best practices for agents on lead management.
  • Manage CRM/Marketing automation technology and integrations.
  • Nurture prospects and disseminate qualified leads to appropriate sales team members.
  • Report internally on lead sources and agent productivity: identify trends and provide training or resources to agents as needed.
  • Proficiency in Mac OS, Windows, Google Docs/Drive/Cal, Dropbox.
  • A positive “people-person” who brings out the best in others.
  • An understanding of the value of a big brand and the curiosity to learn as much as possible about the fast-changing real estate industry.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
