Operations Manager

Overview

The Hunt Home team is looking for a full-time Operations Manager.  This is a salaried plus bonus opportunity directly reporting to the Team Owner. The position does not require an active real estate license, however, it would be helpful and may be required for career growth.

The Operations Manager would be expected to build, implement, manage and take ownership of all systems, processes, and company standards such as:

• Customer service & client testimonials
• Contact & information management
• Managing Active Listings and Listing Marketing
• Team goal setting, tracking & reporting
• Marketing, print/social media & websites
• Planning & implementing client/team events
• Sales process tracking
• Expense management & profitability
• Lead generation & lead follow up processes
• Prioritizing & driving all team initiatives
• In-office/back-office support & admin
• Collateral & brand management
• Executing Team Growth Strategy 

Technical & Job Requirements/Preferences:

Proficiency in Mac OS and Windows, Microsoft Office products, Google Docs/Drive/Cal, Dropbox, design software knowledge is a plus.

Will learn as needed: MLS system, CRM, Placester (Website backend), Keller Williams Command and other tools.

Between 35-45 hours a week M-F – until daily tasks complete;  Some weekend & evening work will be required to support the team as needed.

Experience: At least 2 years of Real Estate, Management, Operations and/or Marketing experience strongly preferred.

Compensation:

$40,000-$45,000 Salary (Commensurate with experience) and bonus opportunity to be discussed during the interview process. No health insurance, but an annual stipend to help with costs.
