MEIER Real Estate — a luxury Manhattan boutique real estate firm founded by Michael Meier — is looking for a well-rounded marketing intern who’s capable of wearing multiple hats to join the team and assist in the creation of written and visual marketing content.

This is an unpaid internship with a potential for future opportunities with the right person. A minimum of eight hours will be required each week, and college credit will be provided.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in content creation (i.e., social media, monthly email campaigns, blogs, etc.)
  • Explore New York City to capture engaging images and b-roll on DJI Osmo 4K camera
  • Assist in filming monthly agent videos
  • Perform market analyses and research on competitors
  • Monitor relevant media coverage for PR opportunities
  • Support Administrative & Marketing Manager in additional daily tasks (i.e., delivering mass mailings, updating databases, etc.)

Qualifications:

  • A good storyteller with a passion for communications
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office and G Suite
  • An organized, self-driven and self-motivated individual who can complete tasks quickly
  • A team player who gets along well with others and has an interest in learning
  • Knowledge of AP style and Adobe Creative Suite preferred but not required
  • Completion of at least two years toward a bachelor’s degree in relevant field
