Client Care and Marketing Coordinator (FILLED)

Overview

The Vertical Luxury Group is in search of a rockstar Client Care and Marketing Coordinator to help us grow our business. We are looking for an organized person who enjoys being proactive and finding ways to work efficiently and effectively. This is a great opportunity for someone who likes the excitement of real estate and enjoys supporting others and working in a group. There is a tremendous opportunity to grow within the company.

Team Management/Assistant to President:

• Team Meeting – organize agenda and ensure tasks are followed up with
• Be a resource for Team Members and proactively check-in to see how you can assist
• Help manage the President’s schedule as necessary
• Order supplies and client gifts
• Learn and become an expert in the CRM system (Follow Up Boss) and process and keeping an eye on leads and agent activity
• Create, implement, and maintain processes – including listings, client experience processes, database follow up, marketing plan execution with vendors.
• Anticipate needs, look around corners, & provide the highest caliber of administrative support
• Ensure the President is prepared for professional meetings and personal/professional events; solicit agendas, draft one-page info sheets, create itineraries, make reservations, print materials, and whatever else it takes to ensure effective preparation
• Serve as a positive ambassador on behalf of the President; consistently act in a way that leaves people with a positive perception of her and the team, while truly embodying the team’s values
• Keep an updated master chart/list/spreadsheet of projects, deadlines, and set reminders

Marketing:

• Submit marketing requests to the brokerage marketing department
  Confirm monthly postcards – proactively manage content from the President and ensure the company receives info timely
• Help execute Monthly email newsletter (content provided) and maintain and update company email list
• Uploading to blog and following the Content Strategy outlined for social posts
• Research current events and local happenings/city developments
• Client and Listing Management
• Coordinate with outside vendors: videographers, photographers, home vendors for services at listings, request and confirm receipt of quotes
• Listing management – work with VA on weekly seller reports, phone check-in with clients, being proactive to seller needs
• Schedule showing appointments
• Client Care follow up – phone calls, package drop-offs, mailing packages, post-closing follow-up
• Keep an eye on all contracts and closings to ensure things run smoothly

Compensation: $2000/month (contractor) and a bonus paid on each closing
(Bonus will be discussed/confirmed during the interview process)

Prerequisites and Requirements:
A Real Estate license is not required but may be beneficial as time goes on. Training provided on the CRM system and other aspects of the real estate business.
